From the Head of Department — Diploma in Architecture
The Diploma programme at SSMS shares the same studios, workshops, material museum and building-construction yard as the degree programme. It is intended for students who want a practice-ready pathway after Class 10, with a clear lateral route into the B.Arch.

Under the Head of Diploma Programme, the department emphasises hands-on construction, surveying and model-making in the first year, followed by design studios, working drawings, estimation and professional training. Every semester includes at least one measured drawing camp, site visit or case-study tour in and around Solapur, Pandharpur and Vijayapura.
